I am looking for a Customer Support job answering e-mails. I have more than 13 years of experience in Customer Service / Research / Training and Management (including 3 years at SteveMadden.com and Preschoolians.com where I handled a high volume of e-mails, live chats and inbound/outbound phone calls). For the moment I can only handle e-mails at 7$/h, 56h/week, or e-mails/live chat at 10$/h at your desired schedule (a neighbour has the house under construction and I am not able to assist with phone calls, but in the future I can undertake this task also).
