Office Assistants - Part Time

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Providing info for inquiries and updates
- Handling incoming/outgoing phone calls
- Promptly replying to customers' emails/call inquiries
- Helping to update data/info onto computer system
- Handling returns or damage claims
- Communicating with our suppliers on order updates/shipments
- Filing/Organizing documents
- Other general office work as required
Daytime hours only - Mon to Fri, (No weekend hours available)
Immediate openings. Must be able to work upon being hired.
